Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using PhotoHouseVR ("the Application," "the Software," or "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using PhotoHouseVR, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PhotoHouseVR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any applicable local, state, national, or international laws and regulations.

2. Description of the Application
PhotoHouseVR is a personal virtual reality application that allows users to display and experience their own photos and media content within a virtual environment on supported hardware platforms, including PC and Meta Quest devices.

3. Hardware and Equipment Disclaimer
PhotoHouseVR is designed and tested to operate safely on supported hardware. However, by using this Application, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The developer of PhotoHouseVR is not responsible for any damage, malfunction, degradation, or failure of your hardware, including but not limited to your PC, Meta Quest headset, controllers, graphics card, storage devices, or any other peripheral equipment.
- You use the Application entirely at your own risk on your own hardware.
- You are responsible for ensuring your system meets the recommended specifications before use.
- Any hardware issues arising from use of the Application are solely the User's responsibility.

4. User-Provided Content
PhotoHouseVR is a personal media display application. Users supply all of their own content (photos, images, and media). By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The developer of PhotoHouseVR exercises no control over the content you choose to load, display, or use within your personal instance of the Application.
- The developer is not responsible for any content of any kind that you choose to use within your own PhotoHouseVR environment.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you use is appropriate, lawful, and consistent with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
- PhotoHouseVR provides tools for displaying your own personal media. The Application does not host, distribute, or transmit any user content.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you load into the Application does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
- If you choose to display, record, stream, or otherwise share copyrighted material — including by recording your screen or headset view and uploading such recordings to any online platform — you do so entirely at your own risk and legal responsibility.
- The developer of PhotoHouseVR is not responsible for any copyright infringement, DMCA claims, platform violations, legal actions, or other consequences arising from your use or public sharing of copyrighted content within the Application.

6. Offensive and Inappropriate Content
- The developer of PhotoHouseVR does not monitor, review, or control the content users load into their personal instances of the Application.
- The developer is not responsible for any content that is offensive, harmful, illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable that a user chooses to use or display within the Application, or that a user publishes, shares, or distributes online in connection with their use of the Application.
- Users are solely responsible for their own conduct and for any content they produce, share, or publish using or in association with PhotoHouseVR.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of PhotoHouseVR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of or inability to use the Application.
- Any hardware damage or malfunction.
- Any content you use, display, share, or publish in connection with the Application.
- Any copyright infringement, intellectual property dispute, or legal claim arising from your use of third-party content.
- Any offensive, harmful, or illegal content you create or share using the Application.
- Any third-party claims brought against you as a result of your use of the Application.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer of PhotoHouseVR and any associated parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
